BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council
will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2019 at 7:00 PM, or as soon
thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 210 Lottie
Street, Bellingham, Washington, to take public comment on the following:
Proposed resolution of the Bellingham
City Council providing for the City to partially relinquish, pursuant to RCW
35.94.040, a general utility easement retained In Ordinance 7207, which is
located in the vacated 10 foot right-of-ways of Otis, Laurel and Pasco Streets,
abutting Block 26, and the alley in Block 26, all in the Plat of Eldridge and
Bartlett’s Addition to Sehome, recorded under Auditor file number 3480, Volume
1, Page 91 of Plats, records of Whatcom County, Washington; commonly known as
301 N. Samish Way, Bellingham, Washington, APNs:
380331 421256 0000 and 380331 425243 0000, on the grounds that said
easement is surplus to the City's needs and is not required for providing
continued public utility services.
